Knowing how most of the internet gets about anything that so much as lives next door to the word "furry" these days, I want to get two particular comics in here before someone attacks them. Because they're good. In fact, they're great.
Most of us have probably heard of Tracey Butler's "Lackadaisy" by now, the prohibition mob furry comic. Even those who professionally hate webcomics and furries seem incapable of hating it, but just in case, let it hereby be declared off limits for posting as a bad webcomic. I don't think more needs to be said on it.
Second is "Dracula", by Formidonis. This one isn't so well known. It's a very faithful retelling of Dracula, but the characters are furries. While the furry aspect of the comic isn't exactly necessary, the artist uses it well, handling it in much the way of an illustrated fable. I'm sure plenty of people will complain about things like the slow pace, or having an entire chapter in Russian, but I think those complaints would reflect more on them than the comic. So I'm coming out in its defense right now.
